We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Returns:
To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@fattso.co.uk to obtain a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to proceed. Items returned without a valid Return Authorization Number may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment, excluding original shipping costs.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at orders@fattso.co.uk to arrange the exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
Please note that exchanges are subject to item availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, you will be offered a refund or store credit.
For exchanges, the refund for the original item will be processed once the item has been received and inspected by our team. This ensures that the item is in its original condition and meets our return criteria.
