Manager / Head Chef
We are look for someone to manage and be Head Chef at the Wells Fattso food truck.
HOURS:
- Thursday to Sunday
- 25-32 hours per week
(more hours available if required)
SALARY:
- Good rate of pay with potential for bonuses
The successful candidate will require:
- Kitchen Experience as a Sous Chef or higher
- Great organizational skills
- Good communicator
- Ability to work in a fast/demanding environment

- Organising & managing staff
- Ordering stock
- Food prep & kitchen work
- Cleaning
- Administration

Kitchen Staff / Chef
We are looking for someone cdp/commis chef level for our full time burger pop up at Steam Bar, Clifton
HOURS:
- Tuesday to Saturday
- 15-25 hours per week
(more hours available at peak times)
SALARY:
- Good rate of pay
The successful candidate will require:
- Kitchen experience, helpful but not necessary.
- Good organisational skills.
- Good communicator.
- Ability to work in a fast/demanding environment.
Job Resposibility;
- Running or learning to run the grill or/and fryer section.
- Food prep & kitchen work.
- Cleaning & washing up.
- Keeping fridges in order.
